Jeff Mathew Garcia

I make small, useful things.
Developer × Artist

I draw first, then ship. Clean UI, calm code, and a bias for real-world impact.

Story, short.

Portfolio Launch

2025

This site. My personal playground. A mix of code, art, and “yes, I can actually ship things.”

Portfolio preview

Note: Momentum beats perfection.

Internship at SP Madrid & Associates

2025
SP Madrid & Associates

500 hours of coding + prompt engineering. Automations, prompts, and tiny tools that saved people time. Real users > perfect diagrams.

AI tooling

Note: If it reduces friction, ship it.

Graduate, IT (PLMUN)

2025
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa

Degree in IT. Translation: I learned the rules—so I can bend them later.

PLMUN graduation

Note: Foundations matter, but creativity makes the difference.

Freelance + side quests

2021

Websites, art, UI experiments. Every project was basically “let’s see if I can pull this off.” Spoiler: I usually could.

Freelance and side projects

Note: Curiosity is a great project manager.

Started with a sketch

2019

Someone actually paid me to draw. That’s when I realized: creativity has value.

Sketch

Note: Draw first, then build.

Skills (Not a Laundry List)

Stuff I use:

  • Code: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL
  • Design: Figma, UI/UX, illustration
  • Automation: Python, APIs, OpenAI
  • Tools: GitHub, VS Code, AI (it is a tool), coffee (the real MVP)

I don’t collect tools like Pokémon. I pick what works and make it work harder.

Process

Discover → Design → Develop → Deliver

Discover
Stalk the problem (nicely).
Design
Sketch, wireframe, prototype.
Develop
Code, break it, fix it.
Deliver
Release it, watch it live, tweak when it breaks again.

Basically art—but with semicolons.

Shipped > perfect.

Now

Building small web tools, sketching ideas, and folding AI into workflows where it earns its keep.

Creative Interests

What keeps the ideas moving.

Drawing & Illustration

My first language.

Web Development

Photography

Just casually snapping some pics.

Organization

Yes, I enjoy structuring chaos.

AI & Automation

Making tech less robotic.

Learning

Curiosity is my permanent side project.
